ありがとうミィちゃん

実家の長老猫のミィちゃんが今朝亡くなりました
22才でした
人間で言えば123歳です
6月に入って突然食欲がなってからあっという間に逝ってしまった
猫の平均寿命をはるかに超える長生きをしているんだからこれ以上生きてという方が酷なんだ・・・
と言い聞かせてたけど　寂しくてしかたない・・・

私は小学生　弟は4歳だった頃　雪の降る日に迷いこんできたミィ
それから私たち家族は一緒に22年も過ごしてきた
もう私も弟も立派な大人になっちゃって
それってすごいと思う

この22年でミィは出産も子育ても私たちに見せてくれて　私たちの成長の節々に撮った写真にも必ず登場し　たくさんの思い出を残してくれました

病気もしなかったし　いたずらもしない　おとなしくて本当にいい子だった
ほんとに猫なの？と冗談でいつも言っていたほど理解力のあるミィでした
そして最後も本当に静かだったらしい
朝の4時頃だったけど実家に居ない私を除く家族全員がそばで看取ってあげられたことがよかったな
